    ICED EARTH, featuring new vocalist Tim Ripper Owens (ex-JUDAS PRIEST), will release their new album, The Glorious Burden, on January 13th through SPV.

    Holy crap on a cracker...that's news to me! So what's up with Judas Priest, then? Hopefully, the new Iced Earth will be better than that underpar "Horrorshow" or whatever it was called...still, I'm gonna miss their ex-singer; he had a great voice.

    Judas Priest have reunited.
    but word has it Ripper was already to leave and work on something new....that's when he auditioned for Iced Earth and got the part.
    before then Iced Earth was to call it a day and branch off into their own projects.
    I think Ripper will put his dent in Iced Earth.
